DELIVERY INFO

Please keep in mind that from July until December of each year, Claire also works full time for Animal Breeding Europe. Therefore posting out orders may take up to an extra 5 working days. If you need your order before then, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will try our very best to reach your specified date. Otherwise, we do aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.

UK POSTAGE

Unframed prints, cards and all homeware orders are all posted by the Royal Mail. Framed prints are sent by a UK courier service, either Parcel Force or Royal Mails next day delivery service.

Items sent with Royal Mail please allow up to 2-3 working days from the dispatched date - unless agreed otherwise with Claire.

Next day delivery depending on cost of items will go via Royal Mails next day delivery service or Parcel Force.

 

All orders require a signature upon delivery and are tracked. 

CUSTOMERS FROM OUT-WITH THE UK

A large loss of profits has been the result from postage costs going out-with the UK. Claire Wilson Art is proud to have posted homeware, limited edition prints and bespoke artwork world wide however doing so with a standard shipping rate is not accountable. 

Therefore for any shipping locations outside of the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man, then please select the offline payment at checkout and email us with your order and shipping address: info-sales@clairewilsonart.co.uk

We will then calculate your shipping fee, add the cost to your order and can request total payment via paypal. We will also be able to give you an estimated shipping time. 

All international orders are warmly welcomed, however delivery costs are calculated depending on size and weight of each parcel. 

Any deliveries out-with the uk may require to pay import taxes and/or additional charges. Claire Wilson Art does not take any responsibility for any import taxes and/or additional charges and it is solely the customers responsibility.

To avoid any unexpexcted charges, we advise that BEFORE you order, you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of charges on goods to your country.

We are a small team of just 2 at Claire Wilson Art HQ  and when it comes to delivery, we do everything in our power to respect the times in which we have stated your parcel will be delivered to you by. If by any reason an event may occur in which means we will not be able to meet out estimated delivery times then we will be in touch to the contact details you have left during payment at checkout. 

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels, nor for late delivery also. This is because our delivery service is all third parties and therefore out-with our control for any reason that the delivery is not successful. 

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

In the unfortunate chance that you do not receive your Claire Wilson Art parcel then please get in touch with us so that we can check the tracking number and an investigation will be carried out with the third party courier. This can take a number of days from the day that you enquire about the lost parcel. No reimbursement will be given during this time of investigation, nor will a redelivery come into action. Once the lost parcel has been located we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent if lost by the third party delivery service.

 

MY PRODUCTS ORDERED HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your order is damaged upon delivery to your door, then please send us a photo via email, stating your order number within 24 hours of signing for/receiving your delivery.

If we are notified within the 24hours of delivery then we will refund you or replace your faulty items for free. However Claire Wilson Art does not take ANY responsibility for any items that are/have been left outside of the house in an out building or any 'safe place' by the delivery service/courier. Requesting for your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' if you are not at home is doing so at your own risk.
